Wisdom Ranger District
The Wisdom District lies on the western edge of the forest near the border with Idaho. On the west, it is framed by the large peaks of the Beaverhead Range, with the peaks of the Pioneer Mountains roughly serving as its eastern border. This district contains numerous alpine lakes and rivers renowned for their trout fishing.
